New Horizon Bank is proud to offer the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) which is an unprecedented government initiative to provide financial assistance to the small business community. As a preferred 7(a) lender, we are able to offer this important financial lifeline to our small business customers.
Congress has approved and President Trump has signed into law an additional round of funding for this program. We expect it to go quickly as many more banks are now ready to process these loans. Please ensure your application is complete to avoid delays. We cannot submit your loan for funding until your application is complete and all documents are received.

In order to start your SBA Paycheck Protection Program Loan request, please complete the application, the PPP Loan Worksheet, and upload both along with the documents listed in the PPP Worksheet to support your request. Be sure you complete the correct tab for the worksheet and include all documents listed as well as the government monitoring information on all owners of 20% or more.
If you are not already a customer, we will also need your Driver's License, front and back, and your entity legal documents (Articles of Association, Partnership Agreement, Business License, Operating Agreement, etc.) Use the form below to send these files to us securely.
Only complete packages can be submitted to SBA for funding. Complete packages will be submitted on a first-come first-served basis until funding is exhausted.
