In order to start your SBA Paycheck Protection Program Loan request, please complete the application, the PPP Loan Worksheet, and upload both along with the documents listed in the PPP Supporting Documentation List to support your request. If you are applying for a second draw PPP loan and your first loan was obtained through New Horizon Bank, you do not need to resubmit information already provided unless there is a change.
If you are not already a customer, we will also need your Driver's License, front and back, and your entity legal documents (Articles of Association, Partnership Agreement, Business License, Operating Agreement, etc.) and for Second Draw PPP loans, your original PPP loan SBA account number. There are currently two types of applications. If you received a PPP loan before, whether or not it was with New Horizon, and whether or not it has been forgiven, you should select the Application and Loan Worksheet for a Second Draw PPP Loan. If you have never obtained a PPP loan, use the Application and Loan Worksheet for First Draw PPP Loan.
New guidance provided by the SBA on 3/3/2021 has revised both First and Second Draw PPP applications as well as added two new applications (First Draw and Second Draw) specifically for sole proprietorships who file a 1041 Schedule C tax document. NHB has provided below the most current PPP applications along with the Interim Final Rule published by the SBA outlining the program changes.
Only complete packages can be submitted to SBA for funding. Complete packages will be submitted on a first-come first-served basis. Completed Application Packages must be received by May 28, 2021 when the program is scheduled to end, but funding could run out sooner.
