We are updating our Debit Card Fraud Protection

In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts secure, we're improving our alert system for potential debit card and ATM fraud.

Here's how it works:

When potential fraud is detected, you will receive a text alert between 7am and 9pm EST, with the option to reply to confirm the transaction or report fraud.

If there is no response received from you, five minutes after the text alert, you will receive automatic phone calls to confirm or deny fraud between the hours of 8 am and 9pm EST.  If fraud is detected outside of these hours, texts and phone calls will be placed in queue to occur during the allowed windows.

Remember - our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number since we already have that information.

To ensure the fastest response to fraud on your card, please update your cell phone number and e-mail address with us today!  Starting in August, e-mails will be sent as well as the first method of alert as these can be sent 24x7.
