- Matt Paciocco, EVP & Chief Lending Officer
With more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, Matt will lead New Horizon’s commercial lending and business banking strategy. His immediate focus is expanding the bank’s presence in Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia. - Kelly Keene, SVP & Chief Administrative Officer
A veteran banking leader with 25+ years of experience, Kelly will oversee enterprise operations, internal systems, and customer delivery as the bank builds infrastructure to scale. - Kristen Costello, SVP & Director of Marketing
Kristen brings a proven track record in brand development, digital strategy, and growth marketing. She will lead the bank’s communications and brand strategy to support market expansion.
